We are developing multiplex qPCR based tools for detection of the most common and important root/stem and foliar soybean pathogens in Manitoba. Once completed, we will be able to rapidly, cost-effectively, and accurately detect up to four pathogens simultaneously. This research is funded by Manitoba Pulse & Soybean Growers,
Canadian Agricultural Partnership, and  Western Grains Research Foundation.
